About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Platform team at ElysiumAI. You'll be building the core infrastructure that powers our AI-driven hiring marketplace, working with distributed systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices using Python and Go
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
• Collaborate with ML engineers on model serving infrastructure
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in architecture reviews
• On-call rotation for production systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages
• Experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3)
• Kubernetes and Docker experience required
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
• Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM/AI infrastructure
• Contributions to open source projects
• Experience in marketplace or hiring platforms
